Sundip Patel, M.D.
A graduate of Wayne State University, Dr. Patel received his medical degree from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internship at Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center. He initially began a career in General Surgery. After completing 4 years of a general surgery residency, he took interest in Urological Surgery. After 3 additional years of training, he completed residency in Urology at the Detroit Medical Center. He is a member of the American Urological Association and American Medical Association. In addition he also served as an assistant professor at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. His clinical interests include reconstructive urology, robotic and laparoscopic surgeries, cryosurgery, and endourologic / stone procedures. Outside interests include biking, swimming, tennis, computer building, and traveling.
